Perfect location to get to know Amsterdam and Utrecht areas. Restaurant also went out of their way to prepare delicious food for us when arriving late one evening. Really good hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious and very clean rooms! Enjoyed our stay very much, will definitely return. Thanks!

The boat house was exactly as shown in the photo and much nicer and very clean. The mattresses were nice and firm. Beautiful spot for relaxing and enjoying boat ride to the nearest lake. Robert was very responsive to any queries that we had. We were sorry that our stay was very short here, and we will definitely come back here if we come back to Netherland again. It was very pleasant to stay 2 nights in this beautiful, renovated facility 15 minutes walk from the center of Utrecht. Our room was on the ground floor (we were lucky, considering the typical Dutch stairs 😅) large, bright, comfortable, warm and clean. Comfortable bed, large shower, kettle and coffee machine with capsules. Maaike, the owner who welcomed us, was really nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Place is very Beautiful ❤️❤️ we stayed for only one day and this place is so beautiful that we need atleast 3-4 days to enjoy and relax.. Host was also very friendly and accommodating. We reached the property very late(11pm). But he still was very accommodating and he opened doors for us . Overall very good experience

Comfortable, warm and has everything you need for a short stay. The most important thing is that there are sweet, gorgeous pigs, sheep and deer literally right outside your door. The animals are clearly loved and have plenty of space to roam around, but will also come up to have a look, sniff or even pet when you come outside.

Only praise for this accommodation. I was there with 8 people in the winter and there was enough space for everyone. The advantage was that all the rooms had their own private bathroom. The fireplace was a big bonus in the large room. In any case, if I ever go back to the Netherlands, I would definitely choose this accommodation. I can imagine how beautiful this place is in the summer because there is a large garden with a jacuzzi and a sauna. What made this fantastic stay even more pleasant was the hostess Senne, who took care of us as if we were her own family. The breakfast she made was so enjoyable, everyone in our group praised it. In addition, she organized everything we could wish for, such as a taxi to Amsterdam, dinner with a private Italian chef, etc. Thank you again Senne, thanks to you we had a very memorable holiday.
