Liked the quirky decor. Bedroom very comfortable with everything we needed. Nice atmosphere in the bar/dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

A totally unique experience. The room is just by the canal, where you can sit and watch the boats and birds. The room is really well equipped with a really good bathroom/shower and good kitchenette. We spent time every afternoon/evening at our terrace, and even had a take away dinner there one evening. The host is fantastic and helped bring our super heavy bags for storage in his shop when we had a few hours to spend before leaving for the airport after checkout.

The room is beautifully styled and the color scheme is fully integrated even the cups match the style. The bed is very comfortable, there is a coffee machine and little kitchen. The house is in the middle of the centre but not noisy at night. All you need is present (think high quality shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and even a bathrobe). The contact was quick and very helpful and friendly. We would come back and will recommend the location further.

    Everything was as clean as it could be. Really modern architecture and amazing location. Very friendly and accommodating host, great in communication. Everything was provided from towels to TV and even a really high value Shampoo and Shower Gel which I really liked and going to get some for myself later.

    The hosts were very friendly and always very helpful with everything. We would love to come back. It was the perfect location for a relaxing holiday after a stressful year. Its so relaxing to watch the sheep from our room.

    A small cozy hotel 12 km from the center of Utrecht. Friendly hosts. A wonderful location in the middle of nature. Nearby there are typical Dutch restaurants with great cuisine. The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. Тhanks

    Location is great. Close to train station in Vleuten so it's easy to visit Utrecht. The room was very spacious. Comfortable common space inside and outside.
