Everyone and everything was beyond my expectations, rooms and toilets are so clean, beds really comfy, staff super polite and helpful, location is great, everything is so easy from booking to leaving the place, modern, new, really more like a hotel that a hostel. Best stay of our trip to Europe, bed was really comfy and the location was close to a tram stop. Breakfast every morning was amazing - have not forgotten how delicious the fresh bread was. Very friendly hosts with great recommendations for restaurants. Would 1000% stay again if in the area.

The best place we have stayed in the Netherlands. Very spacious and beautifully furnitured apartment. The location is perfect - very central and in beautiful neighbourhood with many places to eat in immediate vicinity. The hostess was very hospitable and responsive. Definetely recomment it!!

I like self check in but stuff was also very helpful. You have freedom to self check in and out. Pod was nice temperature, small but cosy. Bathroom and toilettes clean and you have feeling of privacy even if it is shared It was quite and lounge downstairs was also nice and cosy. Great location and everything you need is very close.

Great little room with all the amenities I need for a short stay. Comfortable bed. The check-in process involves quite a few steps to verify identity, but once you're familiar with this, it's easier than most other hotels/appartments I've used. Great location for an event at the Ahoy. The hotel’s recently been opened and the decor is really nice. The restaurant food was lovely, and even though we didn’t book food in advance, that wasn’t a problem. The staff were also very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, close to major tourist attractions. It was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating upon request, they even moved us to a room with a lovely balcony view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and found it to be great value for the money.

    The place was in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and a tram stop right outside that leads to the train station. The room was very clean and spacious and look just like the photos. I would recommend to anyone. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and always around.

    Amazing location , right at the city centre and a short walk away from beautiful Rotterdam attractions. The most comfortable beds I have ever slept on , had amazing nights sleep. The hygiene is spot on , everything is spotless clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best places in Rotterdam price to quality ratio.

    I chose for living cheap capsule option . It's appeared to be very small room. 2.5x2.5 m that has only 2-person bed and mirror in it. But you are alone in that room , it's not like hostel. Toilet and showers are shared , however they are very clean and cozy. Location of the hotel is good, near centre, not far from subway . Not a bad option to save money if you plan short stay .

    Great location, within walking distance of the main sights, bars and restaurants. Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Fabulous bed. Great breakfast, lots of choice and lovely gesture to provide hot drinks all day as part of the breakfast deal. All the staff were amazing and so friendly, fantastic customer service!
