This is a very family based and friendly old fashioned style Bed and Breakfast. It is not fanciful nor flashy. Breakfast is provided so this is a plus. Owner jokes a lot and is friendly and helpful. It is affordable and easy access to SH 1 which is exactly what I wanted.

- Room is spacious and looks fancy, with useful chairs and table, a huge TV. - Bed is wide and a set of soft pillows which gave us a nice and comfortable rest after an exhausting trip - Bathroom is clean and complete with bathrobes and towels, tissues with hair blower - Staffs are friendly and helpful, even met Filipinos who are accommodating at our requests and the one who’s in charge in the bar gladly gave us refill for our empty water bottles - Buffet breakfast is great, there is plenty of rice which I didn’t get quite a lot during our travel, had several egg options which are savory and also had tea, coffee, milk, or juice to choose from for a drink. We were full and ready for the day’s adventure!

This accommodation was a great stay for me in Auckland, and just excellent value for money! For less than the price of a hotel room, I had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining area and outdoors area all to myself, and all very private and peaceful. The host was super-helpful, and responded to any queries I had really quickly. It is located in a very local, authentic part of Auckland, only a short walk away from the metro station and bus stops, along with shops, eateries and a great local supermarket. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation had all I needed for a very comfortable self-catered stay in Auckland - thank you!

The house was awesome. Clean, roomy, and great as i had my grandchildren with me aged 5 and 10. The owner was very helpful and great communication with me about parking etc. Didn't use the laundry facilities, but it looked great. Location is pretty central and close to main roads. Very quiet area, although housing is quite close to each other, you still feel like you are on your own until you hear or see the neighbors. Great place to stay..

    Lovely hosts, very friendly and the pets were a bonus, beautiful friendly dogs and cats and bunch of farm animals. Great place for a night or 2 if you are on a budget. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a big selection and I was encouraged to take some fruit etc for my lunch. Location was perfect for me and easy to get to.

    Breakfast was substantial.. Great selection.. The location was ideal close to the South Auckland Motorway. Warm welcome from Robert when we arrived after a long day. Shown facilities. Hot cuppa made by Robert and bought to our bedroom.By now it was late evening.
