Al was amazingly kind and helpful. Their home is lovely, the room was super comfy and spotlessly clean. We were received with homemade biscuits, tea, and coffee. In the morning, the homemade breakfast pleasantly surprised us and was the perfect complement to continue our travels. We decided to stop in Greymouth just to rest overnight during our trip, and choosing Al and Rosie's place for this purpose was an excellent decision. Without a doubt, we would recommend them and stay again anytime we are in Greymouth.

Fantastic for a group. Everyone had their own space. Great kitchen ,dining, lounge area. Rooms bigger than expected and bathrooms fantastic. Fabulous stay. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

    Excellent value for money. My husband said it was the best shower he'd ever had!!!! TV worked perfectly. Very clean, loved the white duvet covers...so you knew they were clean! Fantastic location. Easy walk down to The Warehouse, a supermarket and Speights Alehouse for dinner! Very friendly hosts. We will use this motel again and recommend it.

    My room was very clean, as was the kitchen and common room. The shower was basic yet water hot with plenty of pressure. The heater in my room was effective. Duke is in a quiet location.
