This apartment was warm, comfortable and easily accessible. Bruce, the host was very helpful and made sure everything was okay. The view of Hokianga Harbour was stunning particularly at sunset.

The hosts are very lovely. It's like visiting friends who help you when you need their help. Otherwise, you can enjoy your time there undisturbed on your own, with a wonderful view from the great swing on the veranda.

We stayed on the basis of self catering. What we loved about the property was that it exceeded our expectations. The position is wonderful with immediate access to the beach. Whilst there are very few facilities for us in this location (it didn’t matter as that’s why we chose to stay there) there was a hotel where we ate it and the two nights we were there and that was extremely good. There was a local shop where we go to get supplies. On a five week trip to New Zealand, this was one of the highlights!
