After learning I was unable to navigate stairs (bathrooms are on main floor only), host moved us to upgraded room without charge to accommodate me. Both rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. Also reasonable cost for laundry machines ($4 ea).

Simply built but well furnished and clean, cosy apartment in a quiet area of Rotorua city. Dedicated carport, washing machine, air conditioner and fan heater available. The host was very friendly and helped us immediately when we needed them.

First of all, it feels like you're pulling up to your own private mansion. When they say boutique, it's a very accurate description to be fair and in the best of ways. Being offered a drink and a cold towel upon checking in was a really nice touch as well :) Warm welcome indeed. From staff, the rooms, the hot tubs, service in the restaurant, everything was top-notch. The Hotel Managers Darsh, was absolutely outstanding and always made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough, so don't hesitate. It's worth it.

The house had pretty much everything in terms of amenities.It is in a very quite peaceful place. Though we had a little set back as owner wasn't aware of us coming but he settled this in a very quick and smooth manner. Its a home away from your home. It has books, board games, spacious rooms, nice outdoor sitting area. Its a shame we had to stay for only one night. Definitely recommend to those who are seaking some quiet time.

    It's very unassuming from the outside but inside is lovely. It was absolutely spotless. All the beds were comfortable and there's lots of space. Location is great. Raj was great to deal with and even posted my mum's glasses that she left ther.
