The rooms are big and the view onto the ocean was great in all rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed or stay very much. The owner Sultan responded quickly and was very helpful.

Our family stay at Jumeirah Muscat Bay was exceptional. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with a refreshing drink upon arrival. We had two connecting rooms, which felt private and spacious. The rooms were spotless thanks to the housekeeping. The balcony offered stunning sunrise and sunset views, and the pillow menu was a unique touch. The dining experience was excellent, especially breakfast with its variety and accommodating staff. The resort features top-notch facilities: three pools, a kids’ club (which my son loved), a spa, and water sports like kayaking, which led to an incredible cave adventure. The beach was clean and well-guarded, ensuring safety for everyone. Booking the premium lounge access is a must! It was efficient and offered breakfast, afternoon tea with sweets, and light dinner from 6–8 pm, all served by wonderful staff. The location is about 45 minutes from the airport but scenic and peaceful. Overall, a hassle-free, luxurious retreat with outstanding service. Highly recommended for relaxation and adventure seekers alike!

We didn't want to stay in the large hotels and opted for this small guesthouse in Mutrah. It is a fantastic location to explore the city on foot. There is a large and safe parking lot nearby and from here it is a 2 minute walk to the guesthouse. The guesthouse is clean and beautiful. We had two rooms since no family room was available. We paid extra for breakfast and it was very good. But they only provide water and we had pay at the bar for a tea.

Staying at Salem's property in Oman was an incredible experience! Salem is a fantastic host, and the location couldn’t be more perfect—right on the beach and just a short five-minute walk from the stunning coastline by the Jumeirah Hotel. Each morning, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the sunrise over the sea, making it the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy nature. The entire property was ours to enjoy, and it exceeded expectations with its spacious rooms, balconies with ocean views, a charming garden backyard, and even a small pool to cool off. Salem’s hospitality was exceptional, always just a call away for anything we needed, whether it was arranging sightseeing, grocery shopping, or organizing a housekeeper. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommended!
