The rooms are spacious and quiet. The staff are charming. In particular, I had quite a lot of dealings with Oriel and he was extremely friendly and helpful, at one point spending a couple of hours fixing a problem I had accidentally created. It's a little outside of the main high street but close to trails so location was good. Staff live next door and were very helpful/available all the time. I liked the kitchen a lot as we cooked our own meals and there was plenty of space.
