The attention from the staff was beyond words. The kindest and most attentive people. They recommended tours, restaurants, etc. We loved that the included breakfast was a menu and not a buffet! The food was amazing. Our room was always clean. The hotel was very centric. No complaints. If we ever came back to Cusco, Casa Cristobal is a given for our stay!

Alex works night and day to keep his guests happy!!! Modern place smack in the center of things. Still nice and quiet. We had a 4 day stay here, was only ment to be one. But 3 people in our family got real sick from Salmonella from earlier on our trip, and ended up in hospital. Alex was so helpfull in many ways in this situation. Thanks Alex!

Everything about this hotel is just perfect!. We spent 2 nights in a different room at this hotel (because we left for Machu Picchu on the 2nd night in Cuzco) and both of them are amazing. The room was super cozy, clean, comfortable and have all the facilities you need for a stay. Breakfast was delicious. And all the staffs are very nice and helpful. Definitely recommended for everyone!

We spent a total of 11 nights at the Viajero Kokopelli in Cusco. We had a wonderful time here and would check in again in a heartbeat! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating! The hostel places great value on cleanliness. Every day the staff came by to clean our room, bring fresh towels and make our bed! This is the highest standard we have ever experienced in a hostel. We are very grateful, this contributed 100% to our feel-good factor! There is free tea in the hostel at all times! The internal bar also has delicious food and great drinks😍 The Viajero Kokopelli is great for meeting other travelers, but also for spending time alone! The pool table and table football were used regularly. Particularly noteworthy is the active leisure program! We took part in the pizza workshop, enjoyed the karaoke night and made our own burgers! In short: we love the Viajero Kokopelli ❤️

Our stay was amazing. The property was nice, the bed was also comfortable. But the highlight of our stay must be the hospitality of the hotel staff, from the front office to the kitchen. Special thanks to Maribel who helped us despite our communication challenge. We do not speak Spanish, but they were very patient and attentive and kind, making us feel at home immediately. I wish we could stay longer.

    The location is perfect. We had a room with a balcony and we loved to sit outside and watch the plaza and the people. The room was very nice and spotless clean, the bed was very comfy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also great. I cannot imagine that there is a better hotel in Cusco than this one!

    Well, when I first got to the airport the location sounded like it was way up on a mountain and I almost canceled. Its actually just a few minutes walk up the hill from cafes and restaurants, a few minutes more you can be in the main sightseeing area. Also it was very cheap. Only like $13 per night. And it has very nice views of the city.

    I highly recommend a stay at Gold Garden. The service is impeccable, they go over and beyond to ensure that your experience is positive. The room was beautiful, comfortable and kept very clean. The breakfast was copious and delicious. They even provided a lunchbox when our tours left too early for us to enjoy the breakfast in the beautiful(heated) courtyard. The location is ideal, close to everything, but far enough that we slept like babies during our 7 night stay.

    The room was spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed. A flat screen TV with Netflix was in the room. There was a mini mart and a very good cheap laundry available. Quiet location approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre. Julio, the owner, spoke very good English and was always available via WhatsApp if we needed anything.
