The host is very kind and friendly. She is always happy to help and tries to provide all the information you need. Even though my Spanish wasn't very good, she used Google Translate for effective communication with me. I was supposed to stay only one night, but my stay was extended due to my flight cancellation. After dealing with the stressful situation at the airport, she gave me a warm welcome when I returned to the hotel, which made me feel at home and relieved. Also, the location is great. For instance, there are some markets and a mall within walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Juliaca airport by taxi and about 15 minutes by colectivo (route B-1).

The lady on the front desk was really friendly and super helpful. We were really grateful to her getting us a taxi to Puno during the political unrest. The room was really spacious, beds were comfortable and there was always someone at the front desk.

    Beatrice was super kind. The place was clean, ideal location on walking distance of the centre and close by the market and only a 10 minute drive to the airport! The bed slept very good!

    The beds are A1 the receptionist was a sweetheart and it is very fancy it's worth every penny The location is super great lots of restaurants near almost every thing you can think of easy walk from monument and yes I will definitely recommend the place !!!

    First of all, the host is amazing and very helpful with anything related to the stay or the places to visit nearby. The room is very spacious and clean, while the location of the place is so good that you could reach on foot most amenities in the city (i.e. the mall, the market, the restuarants) and it also has the connector route 1B reaching the airport passing just 1 block from the property. I'd definitely stay again!
