Were extremely helpful in sorting out medical support for our son after he fell ill after the Machu Picchu trek, including driving him to the medical centre. The accommodation is clean and simple with hot showers, comfortable bed and a lovely breakfast. Good location with less than 10minute walk from the main square. Room was very comfortable and clean- I especially liked that the toiletries are sustainable and locally sourced (shampoo and conditioner bar & soap). The staff were amazing, they patiently answered all my questions and went the extra mile for me by preparing a breakfast bag the day I was leaving early for Machupicchu.
