Amazing! The place is newly built. Really clean and comfortable. With very good use of space and design. The owners were very welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this to all. I wish I have a place like this.

The accommodation was very conveniently located for us while visiting nearby family. We could park our rental car right outside and the convenience store below the accommodation had all the essentials. It was nice and quiet at night and we sensed that the hosts had exactly the right attitude as they did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was a temporary issue with the water pressure in our room but the hosts jumped straight on the problem, called out a plumber and rectified it. This is one of the ways in which they demonstrated excellent customer service.

The lady staff/owner was very attentive to our needs. She was even apologetic because there was no water when she checked, but it turned out there was. She gave us a freshly cooked saba to our hearts delight. And when we left during our last stay, she prepared a delicious sandwich for us. The CR is clean, bedroom is spacious, and the aircon is ok, full equipped living room with TV, ref, microwave and kitchen stove and sink. The sofa was although relatively small to sleep on, but my other companion managed to sleep there because he was snoring and didn't want to disturb my sleep. Overall, the place is perfect for us who were looking for a quiet place to rest after a busy business day (seminar).

Stayed for 4 nights before we flew back to the UK. The overall decor was well presented. Kitchen was functional and the breakfast bar was useful. Lots of kitchen utensils to make sure you feel at home if you needed to cook. Lots of extras provided such as the water dispenser that also serves hot water. The TVs are huge and quite a modern model, so Netflix and other apps like YouTube was easy to connect. They provided a handheld vacuum cleaner for the upkeeping of the apartment. WiFi was very reliable. Shower gel and shampoo was also provided Extra linens and duvet was also provided Washing machine available in the unit Huge open roof top balcony with lots of chairs and gives a great view of SM mall Aircon was powerful too Overall, I was impressed and happy with my stay.

I like the location of their house; its proximity to nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and malls is excellent, even to the places we visited. The house is very neat and clean, and the caretakers are friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to cook comfortably. The rooms and the entire house are fully air-conditioned, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. It's a perfect place for a family.
