I rarely give excellent rating but this new hostel exceeds my expectation. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Arrived at 4 am for an early check in and the process is a breeze. Secondly, the bed! I don't expect much in a capsule and sharing hostel, but oh boy! the bed is a piece of luxury. Minimalist environment, with all the basic amenities, hot shower, clean toilets and common area. The place is an oasis in the middle of the city, plus it is walking distance to all nearby restaurants and mall in Pasay. Would definitely stay here again when in Manila.

I booked this specifically as I had a tight schedule before my connecting flight to the province at 4PM. I didn’t realize how close everything really was to the property. The place was spacious, my friend used the wifi for some work and apparently it was really fast, and the host allowed us to leave our stuff in the unit 1-2 hours after check out.

This review is long overdue. Stayed here in March and can gladly say the following: - Location is amazing with stunning view - Staff is very accomodating, probably the best part about staying there. - Size of the loft suite is great - Wifi is really good. If needing to work, it will meet your standards for zoom / ms team calls - I can really only recommend this place to the fullest.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Park Avenue Guesthouse. The owners and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The accommodation itself has a charm of the past and yet it is nicely renovated. The neighbourhood is also very interesting and roaming around there is a good way to encounter the city and its people. We highly suggest booking this place :)
