This hotel is a gem! The location was perfect, The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were all very friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Waking up to panoramic views of the mountains and the sound of flowing water was the kind of peaceful moment I didn’t know I needed. What stood out most, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They were always ready with a cup of chai, local stories, or travel tips that made exploring Skardu even more meaningful. The food? Deliciously homemade! Every meal felt personal — from freshly cooked parathas at breakfast to traditional Balti dishes for dinner. A hidden gem in the heart of Skardu! We had a fantastic stay at this newly opened guesthouse! The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully arranged. The hosts were exceptionally warm and helpful One of the highlights was that they organized local tours with their own vehicle, making it very easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings without any hassle. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the quiet garden space was perfect for unwinding after a day full of adventure Highly recommended for anyone visiting Skardu - a perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and local experiences. We'll definitely be back!

His cooperation & facilities are exceptional since picking from the airport till your departure/check out from the hotel, transport services are also available within a reasonable prices. The manager arsalan managed the property well. He was so approachable and very welcoming all the time. Although there was an electricity breakdown but as long as the it was available I had hot water facility. Room was cozy and not very cold.
