Simple conditions, but perfectly acceptable for a one-night stay. A welcoming host. We stopped for the night during a road trip with our family, arrived late, and left early. It seems that this was originally a student dormitory at a Catholic church, which is probably obvious to Poles, but not to travellers from other countries. This did not cause any problems, the place is quiet, the beds are comfortable, we were looking for a simple place to stay and found it here.

Traveled with a dog and arrived very late. The owner was exceptionally friendly. Location is very quiet and I had a great sleep on a trip. Would definitely stay there next time.

We liked pretty much everything about this apartment. The location is great - 5 minutes by car from train station, 12 minutes walk. There is Zabka shop 2 minutes away and a local vegetable market 4 minutes away. It's also 14 minutes walk to Old Town. The flat is renovated to a high, modern standard and provides everything needed in the kitchen, including oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The flat screen TV has plenty of channels plus all typical apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon. The flat is spacious and comfortable. There was enough amenities, washing machine, iron and ironing board - literally we felt like home. The host provides additional pillows, blankets. The bathroom has underfloor heating. There is a balcony with 2 chairs which made my partner, who smokes, very happy. The host, Szymon, not only is extremely nice, but most of all very helpful. The nights were very cold and the heating is communal (so not controlled by him) but he very kindly brought us a plug-in heater late evening, made a special trip to keep us warm, which was extremely appreciated. And also there were bottles of water for us + chocolates, which was such a warm welcome. There was coffee, tea, sugar - which often is not provided in private properties, but this small thing made such a difference! This was a very pleasant stay and if we ever go back to Ostrow Wielkopolski, we will for sure book this place again.
