Every element of the hotel was top class, the variety of food in the restaurant, which changed daily, meant we were never disappointed. All the staff were super helpful, attentive and friendly. There was a shuttle bus n and out of Funchal, and we never failed to get the time we wanted, however as it was April, I’m not sure that would be the case in the height of summer. There is so much to see and do in Madeira, very impressed on our first visit to this Island, it won’t be our last!

Nice clean and comfortable apartment in a great location with quick access to Funchal and other places. Kitchen is very well equipped. We could park either on the street or in the garage which has a reserved parking spot, which is convenient as the streets nearby were sometimes full.

Absolutely everything!!! Room: well equipped, every little detail was really thought through (extra toiletries in the bathroom or books in different languages), the bed was super comfortable, and the terrace view was unbelievable!! Location: very close to town, walkable distance. Shops and restaurants within minutes from the property. Private car park available. The owner is incredibly helpful, professional and friendly! It was an incredible stay and if I come back to Madeira, I will be back to the same place!

Good location, 10-15 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes to the supermarket. Nice big apartment equipped by everything which we need for comfortable staying during 9 days. Modern furniture, comfortable beds. Contactless check-in with clear instructions, good communication with Angelica. Nice pebble Garajau beach, equipped by sunbeds and umbrellas. The price of one sun bed and umbrella is 3.5 euro. It would be better to have swimming shoes. We enjoyed our staying in Fenix Garajau apartment and will recommend it for our friends. Next time we would like to come back here

Great host, always helphul if you need anything. Apartment is very clean, nice terace, rooms are just what you need. Kitchen is well equipped. I recommend this place. Also you have parking that belongs to this apartment. Very useful if you have a car.

    Absolutely loved our stay at these apartments! The location is perfect, just steps away from the ocean, restaurants and a mini-market. The apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, equipped with all the necessary appliances. Everything is brand new and designed for maximum comfort. Every detail in the interior is thoughtfully arranged. The owner is incredibly friendly and always available. We had a wonderful and comfortable vacation here.

    Location was perfect. The proximity to the airport, to the sea, to Funchal is ideal. It is also a quiet neighborhood with some restaurants / snackbars where we get to meet locals and others on vacation as well. The apartment was big and clean and we got everything we needed to cook and to do laundry.

    I had a really nice stay here. The apartment is very big, and very clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect for avoiding the hustle and bustle of downtown. There is a grocery store very close by, and a fantastic affordable sushi restaurant within walking distance. I was a little worried about finding parking, but it was actually very easy. There was always a free spot available somewhere very close.

    The house was spotless. Everything was very clean and house was well equipped and we were provided with everything for cooking,cleaning,grilling. We had private parking area what what nice but we didn’t had access to garage but it wasn’t necessary House lady was very nice. She didn’t speak English but she was very helpful and with help of translator we understood each other.
