The apartment was great,great accommodation, the location for our purposes was amazing. We had everything around us. Was easy to get to the motorway, to the beaches, we had an issue with the fan she quickly give us a replacement also the communication with her was a breeze. We strongly recommend this property to anyone that plans to spend a few days in Portugal -Lisbon.

Unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to check in. After the booking the host said I have to pay deposit, I contacted him. He was so rude and unprofessional, he tried to shouted on me I had to end the call. And I had to contact the costumer service, even them he shouted as well. I have been client to booking over 8 years I never had but experience like this one. And i hope you can deliver better quality and behaviour to others.

Fantastic location, Alfalma is such a neat neighborhood. I think it's fair to say that our view of Lisbon overall was heavily influenced by this hotel. The front desk staff was very kind. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks in our room fridge, welcome pastel de natas, and small local liquor bottle. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. Eggs, bacon, fruit, cheese/meats, pastries, and breads. They also had a 24/7 self-serve coffee machine, which my wife enjoyed. The bed in our room was very comfortable. The hotel is super closer to a good lookout point in Lisbon, great restaurants, shops, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this hotel.

    The staff, cleanliness, and comfort of the hostel were at the highest level. I felt at home. In fact, the hostel is located on the floor of a house, and the kitchen is very cozy with a beautiful view. I chose this location because of the price and proximity to the airport.
