Beautiful old house very well restaured, full of decorations that transported us to a lovely past. All rooms with a bathroom en-suite, very comfortable bedding and the towels, everything of excellent quality. Bread and butter for breakfast were really nice.

Character hotel in a beautiful setting. Room was clean and comfortable. Claudia and the owner were very friendly and helpful. There is a village 1km away but for us the hotel had everything we needed. We cooked our own evening meal in the well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was provided and very tasty.

it is a property of three houses with a swimming pool. The owners live in one of the houses, a very friendly and helpful couple. the construction of the houses is quite recent and they offer comfort conditions (example air conditioning) We really enjoyed the days we spent at the house, allowing us to get to know Marialva, one of the 12 historic villages in Portugal, as well as other locations/areas in the region (example Foz Côa)

The staff was amazing, very thoughtful and helpful with everything we needed. We were staying there to go to a wedding close by so we were pretty clueless about the place so they explained to us the history of the church that sits right next to it and that's definitely worth a visit.

A good location for a hassle-free stay in Trevões, Casas do Prior is a country house surrounded by views of the mountain.
