Well appointed, located on a private dead end street with access to great trails through orchards and vineyards to world class views. Hosts (Zarko, wife and daughter) incredibly hospitable, made us a wonderful meal, engaged in conversation, showed us the wine cellar, and made us feel completely at home. We had 3 kids under 7 with us, and slept comfortably in room 3. Property was beautiful. Highlight accommodation of our 10 day trip around Bulgaria/Serbia/Kosovo/North Macedonia.

We stayed there only for one night but however, I can say that everything was perfect. The host was easily accessible for us to collect keys on our arrival and very kind to explain all conditions. At the end, he also recommended us a very good restaurant to go for a dinner where me and my wife spent an excellent evening with tasty food. Thank you for that Ivan! The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with cozy bed, functional bathroom, nice balcony and a solid wi-fi connection. Location of the property is in a convenient and quite area. We traveled by car and were really happy that a parking place was secured.

Amazing host and very quite place in a very good location. The room was very clean and host was always there if I needed something. I am used to travel a lot, and I tend to have high-standards. I can say the Villa Olivera and it's management met my expectations. Thank you and see you again.

Really cozy for a couple, loved the jacuzzi and the fact they have a mini bar with everything you need. Clean. Not humid at all as we read about other apartments with jacuzzi as the air conditioner has the dry option. The owner was really helpful.
