Location is near the meeting point for Gorilla tracking. Cottage with rooms, balcony, etc. was lovely and staff have been exemptionally good. We have seen many places in the world, but Kingigi Cottage is 'out of this world'. Dinner and Breakfast prepared in the open kitchen for you to see, and the taste was great. Lot of local spices and products are used. Home made marmelade! The experience made is something unforgettable. We will come back for sure, only to chill for a few days at Kingigi Cottage!

Nanny Service - Phoebe was amazing with the kids. We managed to go for the Gorilla Trekking with relaxed minds knowing that the children were in safe hands. The children had so much fun. They even got a tricycle to pay with all through the stay. Stefan was amazing in keeping us updated on the progress of everything. On date of check-in we were late, he did a follow up to check on our location as well as the menu we preferred for the night. When doing the trekking he kept sending us photos of the kids and nanny assuring us that all was well. Ngabo - Our great guide was kind enough to recommend to us some fun places to visit. He took us around explaining to us about the area and cultures of the people. He is a very good driver and an awesome guide. We enjoyed all the road trips with him. He was very helpful as well in helping us purchase items from the local shops. Aline and the staff team were all great to us. Very jovial and happy people. We felt safe and at home. The food, service and love was all from the heart. Where we couldn't decide on what to eat, they were very helpful in giving suggestions which we all enjoyed, especially the kids meals. Aline was kind enough to do a follow up on whether we got back home safely. We truly appreciate. Location - The resort is an awesome budget friendly location for anyone intending to visit the Volcanoes / Gorilla Trekking. Everything about Isange Paradise was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be visiting again and again as well as recommend our friends to visit.

The staff were so hospitable and welcoming. Food was delicious. Would recommend as a good place for being close to the volcanoes and getting to lake Kivu.

We had a truly amazing stay here. The rooms are spacious, the staff is absolutely wonderful and the food...wow! The entire meal time is an experience by itself. The owners made us feel very welcome we felt like we had come home. We were given great information on the area and activities. We hadn’t made plans to see the gorillas and Issac helped us greatly to make the arrangements to see them. We thank both Issac and Jojo for being great hosts and we hope to come back again .

Wonderful place to stay. Jacqueline was so welcoming and helpful. The appartment has been beautifully finished and is very comfortable. Quiet and calm place to relax. Lots of amenities (microwave, fridge, gas hob, kettle, hot water). Tea was available on request. Breakfast was good and dinner especially good.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Ruhengeri, SAISH Stay features a bar. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

The place is great. It seems brand new, it's a great value for money. The man taking care of it was so nice to make breakfast at 06.00 in order for us to go hiking on time. I would definitely recommend it. Only if you have your own car though. There is not really a reception, and the guy in charge didn't know we would come. He had to call the manager to verify.
