We stayed for 3 nights , the hotel is new so everything is perfect and clean. Breakfast is nice and good variety in the open buffet. The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful , easy to finalise the check in and room was ready at the planned time. In the lobby , there is servings for coffee and drinks . We didn’t have the chance to try it. Also there a massage chair that can be used. The value against the price paid is really worth it. Hotel location is considered as near to the Haram. It takes 15 minutes by walk (considerably fast pace) but it’s on steep path so return is easier than going to Haram. The best way is to take a taxi around 10 SAR to Haram as its directly straight in 3 min and drops you off in the tunnel where to get the escalator close to gate 79 (King Fahd). In the return to the hotel, same path from tunnel but due to traffic they will ask for 20-30 SAR. A lot of road closures in the area due to work maintenance and I think once competed it will lighten traffic. Overall it’s a great stay.

The hotel was priced very reasonably and is located nearby shops and restaurants, free shuttle service to the Haram/Mecca Mosque every half hour and back, free car parking on the street. Highly recommended for those looking for something that fits a small budget. We booked a room with 5 beds and were highly satisfied with our stay.
