Since we were traveling by car, the location was ideal. The neighborhood was peaceful and idyllic and still only a short drive away from the city of Uppsala. The apartment was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. The washing machine in the bathroom was a nice bonus. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Great place to stay. The location is out of city center, but there is a direct bus connection to the city center. Beautiful surroundings with lots of walking trails. Room is clean, you can prepare food. Would come again.

I stayed with my spouse and my father, and we loved literally everything. Since we were in Sweden for my graduation ceremony at Uppsala University, and we had back and forth travelling from and to both Uppsala and Stockholm, I opted for this one based on its location near the Knivsta station. Basically, you just have to cross the road to get to the station. However, once we got there, we found that out was much more than that. The apartment was quite spacious with all amenities including cookware, iron, dishwasher and a washing machine. It was just perfect for a lengthy stay, especially if you're a small family with people having to concentrate on work. It's a typical Swedish neighborhood and a residential suburb, all calm, peaceful and silent. On the ground floor of the building, there's a nice Thai café run by a Thai family, offering great food. There's another small coffee shop in walking distance, which offers delicious coffee and snacks. Furthermore, there are two large supermarkets just a few hundred meters away, where you find almost anything including full meals. Therefore, the apartment not providing meals is not at all a problem. The staff was very supportive and accommodating, even kindly facilitating an early check-in for us (subject to the availability of the apartment). The access-controlled entry was very convenient, and the instructions were very clear.

Such friendly welcoming people. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of room. Could be used as a family room. Sitting room and very large double bed and bunk beds but we didn’t use those. We had a sandwich and coffee for breakfast every morning included in the price. Went out of their way to cater for me being vegan. Very central could walk to shops and restaurants within minutes and to the lake to swim within ten minutes walk 😊

Great value for the money and nice location close to Uppsala old town. Close to bus stop, and the bus takes you to Uppsala city center in just few minutes. Simone and Anders were great hosts! Nice conversations :)
