We loved our stay! The apartment is new, everything was clean, the bed very comfortable and a big bathroom with a nice shower. And a little balcony to enjoy. The host Ksenija was very nice and accommodating, responded to all our questions super fast and even brought her own kettle as the apartment didn’t have one yet so we could use it. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The spa was peaceful and luxurious, perfect for unwinding. Aleksander and the Valič family are the perfect hosts. They surpassed our expectations! The apartment is new, clean, well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, tv, iron, etc). They also offer wine tastings since Aleksander is a certificated sommelier! This goes beyond accommodation: it is an experience to meet the culture of the local producers in the Vipava Valley. We can’t recommend it enough.

Not only was it just a beautiful area, we enjoyed how quiet and relaxing it was. We fell in love with the morning staff and the owner when we did the wine tour. The wine was fabulous and the history of the wine and culture was so interesting. The owner had so much knowledge and explained the wine beautifully. He even made his own meat and shared that with us for the food pairing. Felt like a meal! Will definitely come again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautifully located on top of a vineyard, and you can truly see how much effort the owners put into maintaining both the accommodation and the garden – they work tirelessly. The rooms were not large but very comfortable, air-conditioned, and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh homegrown fruits and vegetables – the sweet peaches were an absolute highlight! We would be happy to return anytime.

    Really nice owners. They gave great tips (what to do/see) and their own wine was soft and tasty. The apartment was spacious and tidy. Really comfortable beds. The terrace was a nice place to sit and admire the view. Peaceful location. Recommendation: visit to Fervin vineyard.

    Beautiful little village, newly built apartment on a renovated old house. The apartment was spotless clean, well equipped. The host were super nice, they also have very good wine. There are restaurants in walking distance, also nice trails to walk or run around. There is a common terrace and benches in the garden to chill out.
