Fabulous Guesthouse, lovely staff, great communication. Immaculately clean premises, the room was lovely, facilities were brilliant and decor is very tasteful and zen like. Location just a stones throw from lots of shops and restaurants, as well as Karon Beach. Highly recommend staying there, a gem of a find.

There was no breakfast included with the room but it had a kitchenette so that was really good. We were able to make coffee in the morning and pick up a few things for breakfast. The room was in an apartment building at the top of a hill so if walking is an issue, this room may not work for some. The apartment is about 1 km from the beach so an easy walk for most people. Also, there were lots of excellent restaurants close by. The main road is busy but all of Phuket is busy!

Great stay at Karon Hotel@22, a relatively new hotel in Karon beach. Clean and spacious ground floor room with a little terrace / balcony. The staff was very friendly and keen to provide the best experience during the stay. Loved the location, far from the bustle of the main street but still in a very easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

A perfect place to stay - just 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and the city center. There is a bus from/to the airport and the stop is about 50-100 meters away. The bus ride takes an hour and а half or two depending on traffic (price: 100 baht per person). The bungalows are really nice and have everything one may need. Breakfast is really good with lots of fresh fruits. There was free gin and tonic every day from 5 to 7 pm for guests and other freebies like ice cream and smoothies on different days. Owner and staff are super nice and friendly. Everything about this place was simply amazing!

Very good environment, nice view over the forsest from the backside rooms. Quiet location, although some walking is needed to go to the center or the beach. Very good rooms, facilities and services. Excellent breakfast, in respect to variety, quality and quantity. Nice stuff, friendly and helpful.

    Very clean. Extremely lovely staff. Special mention to Tide, Kim & Kung who all worked in different areas of the resort. All were so extremely helpful and lovely with smiling welcoming faces everyday. It was great location and excellent food in the breakfast buffet. What a great stay. Thankyou to everyone.

    The front lady was very welcoming and helpful. The hostel is very clean and well maintained. The location was ideal as by the beach, 7/11 and local restaurants. Right by the bus station to make local bus usage easy (owner helpful on giving advice on which buses to use).

    The host was so lovely & helpful with any questions I had about transport or where to go during the day. The facilities were always kept very clean, you get a big locker to store all your luggage and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect, literally 20 seconds from the beach which is ideal! There is so much to do close by so it is perfect.
