Extremely neat and service is on point. The friendliest staff I have ever come across. Super clean and relaxing environment. Enough under roof parking when arriving on motorbike or scooter as well as good amount of parking for cars. I wish I could remember the staff ladies names so I can mention them specifically, but all and all I stayed 10 nights and it was bliss

Owner of the property was kind and friendly. beautiful environment surrounded with nature. Amazing farm he has with organic vegetables and fruits that he use to serve us for our breakfast, especially impressive with their creativity of food. Local simple foods became attractive and nevertheless tasty. Property is well maintain and especially clean. Mattress and pillow are soft and comfortable.

We had a great time in this hotel ! The room was huge, very clean and modern, with new equipments and beautiful panoramic view on the Ratchaburi city and its region… Big and great bathroom too, everything was super comfy. New bottles of water everyday, cleaning service when asked to the staff, there is also a washing machine downstairs that you can use for 30 thb, which is really convenient! The location is good : very quiet and residential but in the same time you can reach the city center quickly and easily by walking, taking a tuk tuk or a Grab. The region itself is beautiful and worth the trip, many places to explore if you like nature… The night market of Ratchaburi city is also a great experience :) We recommend 100%

We had a wonderful time at River Flow House. Sutchi and Gary are lovely people and so helpful, as are the other members of staff who work at the property. The garden is just beautiful, as is the setting by the river, and we had such a great time playing in the pool (like the big kids we are!). We loved being slightly remote, but there is a lovely cafe 15/20mins down the road and you can organise a taxi through InDrive if needed. The breakfast was really yummy and fresh. Thank you for having us, it was a fantastic weekend.

What makes Royal Mountain View truly special is the thoughtful blend of comfort and style. The larger cottage we moved into was bright and spacious, with a generous living area — perfect for families. A small play kitchen inside was a delightful surprise, adding a playful touch for little ones. The interior is tastefully decorated, and the surrounding nature invites you to slow down and unwind. In the evening, we watched fireflies twinkle through the windows — a magical end to the day. Breakfast the next morning was simple but satisfying: rice with a fried egg and some bread, and a quiet seat in the garden to enjoy the morning sun. The overall vibe is warm, relaxed, and personal — like stepping into a slower, more peaceful rhythm of life. Royal Mountain View isn’t about luxury; it’s about natural beauty, genuine hospitality, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer.
