The room was 5*.really nice and big. Had nice slippers and dressing gowns. The grounds were like a landscaped jungle of bliss. The maintenance standards were really high and the whole property was in prestine condition. The solutions made and the details of the grounds are really cool. I base my reviews on price as well, we paid 25€ per night.... And to get to stay there for that price is a super good deal.

The room was beuatiful, clean and well designed. We had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. SamNgao is a lovely quiet country side village, and altough the room is close to a big(gish) road, there is not many cars. It's also very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and the owner was also really friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

    Fabulous location, views to the River Ping, markets and mountains. Street food stalls line the roads close by if you want to try the local cuisine. Room was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant was fabulous with live music, great river views and attentive staff.
