A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Adatepe – Truly Unforgettable Orion Adatepe is an absolute jewel. The houses are crafted with exceptional taste and high-end materials, creating a unique sense of warmth, comfort, and understated luxury. Nestled in a charming little village near the Altar of Zeus, the entire place feels like a living museum – a magical escape that transports you a hundred years back into the good old times. The manager – who is also one of the owners – was incredibly attentive and kind. There wasn’t a single thing we asked for that he didn’t help with immediately, no matter the time of day or night. It was our first time in Turkey, and we were deeply impressed by the genuine hospitality and the seriousness with which people treat their guests and businesses – professional, caring, but never servile. Hats off! The village itself offers several lovely restaurants, small souvenir shops, cafés, breakfast spots, and great places for ice cream. The view from Adatepe is breathtaking – we joked that it’s no wonder Zeus chose to have his altar built right here. In conclusion: a solid and well-deserved 5-star experience. If you’re lucky enough to visit Orion Adatepe, you won’t regret it for a second. We were more than happy – we were enchanted.

The continental breakfast was served in the upstairs restaurant, which was delicious. There were some hot scramble eggs and pancakes served on one of our mornings which was lovely. The staff were friendly, and attentive, took our bags to our rooms, and the female receptionist, Sanem, who was especially helpful, giving us a lot of advice about local services and the location's history. The gardens are gorgeous, just like the photos, and there are plenty of relaxing places to sit dung the day. An evening meal can be cooked upon request. There is a swimming area through the gate, and the staff give you cushions for the loungers to lie on. It is not a beach, but a platform to swim off into the ocean. There are other beaches throughout the town, and restaurants on the beach (many in motels). The Adatepe Olive oil shop and museum are a few minutes drive in Kucukkuyu, and the shop is well worth a visit. The rooms were comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had a good size kitchenette with a full sized fridge. The bathroom was small, but a there was a nice basket of towels to use. Water was given on request.

We stayed at Rawda Resort for three nights during a road trip through Turkey. It turned out to be one of the most pleasant accommodations we’ve experienced, especially in terms of comfort and service. Rawda Resort is a charming, peaceful place with beautiful rooms, a great pool area, and solid service. While it’s not a huge resort, it feels intimate and well-organized. Perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing stay on Turkey’s western coast. We left with great memories and would gladly return! Spacious Family Suite: We upgraded to a family suite with two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and mini fridge. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped. Clean and Quiet Environment: The resort was very quiet during our stay, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. Common areas like the lobby and hallways were well-maintained and pleasantly scented. Friendly Staff: Staff were helpful and polite. Even though not all of them spoke English fluently, communication was smooth thanks to their attitude and effort. Delicious Food: Meals were surprisingly good. The variety wasn’t overwhelming, but everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. There was a mix of local dishes, grilled options in the evening, and even fresh Turkish flatbread (pide) made on the spot. Nice Pool Area: The main pool was clean, well-maintained, and rarely crowded. There were enough sunbeds and shade, and a small kids' pool as well. Direct Beach Access: The resort is right by the sea, and has its own sunbeds, umbrellas, and even a small pier with stairs into the water. Efficient Communication: All staff used walkie-talkies for fast coordination, which made service efficient across the entire property.

It was not just a hotel. It was like being home. Everyone was so kind. Everything was so clean and nice decorated. It felt like being in a luxurious time capsule with all these antiques. Yalcin at the reception was so helpfull and kind. Mustafa at the service was so nice and caring. Real smiling faces. A big thanks to all the stuff. I strongly recommend it to everyone. I hope to visit them as soon as possible.

This was my second stay, and once again, it was unforgettable with its stunning views! The swimming pool nestled among the olive trees is pure bliss, but the highlight was the chef’s exceptional menu and thoughtfully curated selections for dinner—a true culinary delight.

Nice and clean place, very friendly staff, comfortable room, good value for money. If you have a choice, spend a little more for a room towards the seaside, as it is more quiet on that side. Hotel is located directly at the main road to Izmir and tends to be a little loud on that side, but bearable. Would stay there again.

The most wonderful things about this property are its stunning view (definitely go for a room with a balcony!), the excellent breakfast, and the incredibly friendly, helpful staff. Terrace Hotel also has a sister property right by the shoreline, and on some days you can even choose to have your breakfast there by the sea. However, Terrace Hotel feels more boutique, and for that reason, the food is fresher and even more delicious. You swim at the seaside sister property. The staff there are just as warm and welcoming, and the food quality is excellent. They truly go above and beyond to address even the smallest concerns or dissatisfactions you might have. Like everywhere in Türkiye right now, Assos has become more expensive. But despite the high inflation, every time we paid the bill, ordered coffee or beer, or had a meal, the smiles and hospitality of the staff warmed our hearts. You can stay here with your family without a second thought — it’s spotless, charming, and run by people who genuinely care about their guests.

The location and the view are fantastic. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful. We had a very relaxing stay over there and the homemade breakfast was amazing.
