It was excellent. Customer service is really great. All staff was really friendly and they always make you feel comfortable. They answered all of our questions in the app really quickly. The staff received us with some drinks, Turkish coffee and tee. They also make tee and water available in your room. The breakfast is really good. It is turkish style and you have a lot of options to eat. The hotel room and the hotel are very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that needs a place to stay in Bolu.

Everything about this house is interesting to me. Excellent facilities, environment, and modern design. This place has a real relaxing and friendly vibe. We were English speaking visitors from New Zealand and the property owner showed us such warmth and welcome, despite the language barrier. Other guests were also very friendly. The cabins look better than the photos and the breakfast was incredible. What a perfect stay in such a stunning area.

My Father and I stayed at this comfortable apartment for 1 night, and we had such a wonderful experience! The owners were so helpful and warm hearted people. We went out for dinner at a local place, authentic and delicious Turkish food. The city of Bolu is also worth a visit. We will definitely be back for another stay on our roadtrip to Turkey. We had a great experience and were warmly welcomed by the staff, even though we arrived late. The B&B is located in a quiet and cool area surrounded by trees. Parking is conveniently close to the property. The room was very nice and clean, with wooden interiors that perfectly reflect the mountain atmosphere (the only minor downside was the bathroom, which was a bit small, but still standard). What really impressed us was the breakfast – we’ve never had one so delicious and varied, with fresh, high-quality products. We absolutely loved the locally made caramel cream, as well as the various jams and types of honey. The breakfast room is spacious and full of character, with a beautiful view of the woods, and breakfast is served at the table. Excellent value for money.
