Everything was absolutely amazing! I travel a lot and this accommodation was the best I have ever been to. I will definitely come back. I absolutely recommend this place to couples, because it is a romantic place, to solo travelers because it is safe place in safe part of Istanbul and to families because the rooms are pretty big and for a good price!

This is truly a quintessential Istanbul experience—to travel back in time and stay in a historic building by the famous Bosphorus, reengineered once more recently and curated in detail by Vakko, one of the most elegant and famous fashion brands in Turkey. The location is perfect, the rooms are exquisite, and the staff is absolutely incredible! Special thanks to our Butler, Bilal, who thought about every little detail even before we arrived and made us feel like 17th-century Sultans. As a very frequent global traveller, I have never witnessed such elegance, attention to detail, and professionalism in any crew like I have experienced with Bilal and his colleagues at Vakko Hotel Sumahan. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!
