The owner is extremely nice. She helped me to bring my heavy luggage up and down the stairs. After I checked out, I went to travertine. When I came back to the hotel to take the luggage, she took the initiative and suggested that I take a bath. She also provided me with a full set of towels and toiletries.

We felt welcome from the moment we checked-in. It felt like visiting family. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants and shops. We were not able to have breakfast the next morning since we left at 07h00 for an excursion. When we returned to Bavella House at 13h00 the owner offered us the breakfast that we missed earlier the morning. Wow! We were very impressed!!

We had a lovely time in the Hotel. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is complete and tasty. The room is not big, but it was a pretty good place for our propouses: sleep before going to Pammukkale - the place is just a few minutes from the Hotel. I totally recomend the place!

    Amazing location! 5 min walk to Pamukkale site. The room was very clean and the bathroom as well (and was quite modern). There is a bar with super friendly staff and a lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast is very good and quite cheap. I would totally recommend this place.

    Very good place for a cheap price. I never stayed at a place with a swimming pool for this price :) The room interior is quite modest and old fashioned, but very clean. The pool was clean and great to use. Location is 5 minuted from the city entry to the Pammukale site, so you can make sure that you arrive there as early as possible. The place is also close to many restaurants and shops.
