Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

I stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. I would especially like to mention Zarina, who was always ready to help and support me, as well as the wonderful massage therapists Nurgul and Desi — true professionals in their work. The atmosphere at the hotel is very warm and friendly, and the staff are always attentive, welcoming, and smiling. The animation programs were heartfelt and fun, creating a festive mood every day. The quality of service is excellent: everything is well-organized, clean, and comfortable for guests. A great location, cozy surroundings, and a fantastic team made my stay truly unforgettable!

Spacious 2BR apartment in a good location and with a great view! Equipped with a kitchen stove, oven and pots but without chopping board, salt and oil etc. Love the furnitures and design of the living room especially. The hosts/management were really helpful and kind too!

I enjoyed everything about my stay with Casa de Nova Hotel. Certainly it exceed my expectations. Cleaning was great, the facilities worked perfectly. Room was very pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight in their beautiful garden. The view was beautiful. But, most of all I have to say was the People working there who made my stay very special. I would like to thank them all for everything, special thanks to *Cuneyt the manager who helped me every single time I needed in the most welcoming way. I love the secured and cozy feeling built by Kaya: all the trails are full of beautiful greenery; we have neighbours but I get complete privacy; on the private beach, our whole family enjoyed laying down and swimming in the clear Aegean Sea; last but not least, the restaurant was never crowded. I also love that the staffs took well care of everyone: they are always friendly, try to help us with everything, the gentleman at the restaurant even remembers already the drink we like to order. About the facility: our house was spacious with nice sea view, it's sparkling clean and well equipped.

Entertainments during the day are good. There are many options like aerobics, dart, volleyball… Rooms are big. Location is good. It is not very central but very close to the center (10-15 min). So, it is away from city chaos but you can also easily go to city center for a concert etc They have Turkish bath, massage, sauna, gym
