+ The Location: Turunç is a 40 min drive from Marmaris. It is a nice village with a beautiful bay. Many of the Marmaris excursion boats stop here for lunch. Z-Villas are beautifully situated on top of the hill with spectacular views. If you don't want to walk down the few steps to the restaurant and the beach, the staff will drive you with their golf cart (our kids have loved that...) + The Family Villa: Modern, spacious, and with its own garden and pool. Three (!) TVs so that every child could watch its favourite channel. + The Restaurant: the food is delicious! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and every meal was really good. It was hard to motivate ourselves to eat elsewhere from time to time. + The Staff: Zeydan and his team give you the feeling of staying with friends instead of in a hotel. They go the extra mile to make you happy.

Lovely breakfast with good quality ingredients. Restaurants on the property were also excellent although pricey. Staff were very helpful, sweet and polite. A perfect stay for a couple of days of relaxing by the pool and swimming in the beach. Water is very clear and you have private access to beach beds/umbrellas. Everything was very convenient and the resort was so lovely that we didn’t feel the need to leave for our whole stay!

We stayed at Pilos Suites from July 26 to August 1 as a family of four with friends, and absolutely loved it! The setting is stunning—surrounded by greenery, it feels peaceful and refreshing. Breakfast was amazing, full of fresh local products bursting with flavor. But the real stars are the staff: incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Marmaris!

Such a beautiful place :) Ideal for families who want to enjoy nice and quiet holidays. We stayed only 2 nights, but will definitelly come back. The pool area is fantastic and it is only 3 minutes walk to the beach. We also took a taxi boat to Marmaris (45 minutes).

My arrival at night was chaotic, but I was made very comfortable from beginning to end by the hotel staff, Mazlum. My compliments to the hotel staff Mazlum and his companion Ali. The concept (at least in my room) was refreshing blue and ecru, as if you were walking the streets of Santorini. The room was clean, spacious, and the shower/toilet were well-maintained. The place is windy in a very positive sense, which is ideal for sitting on the terrace in the evening and enjoying for hours. The surroundings also offer inner peace, something most of us are seeking. Breakfast: It's worth mentioning that they use organic local products like eggs from their poulailler and olives from there garden. The hotel also represents the tranquil spot of Turunç, with its beautiful clear sea, which is definitely worth coming again. All in all, Hotel Lavanta stands out from other Hotels during my trip.

The apartment was great, big, equipped with everything, air-conditioner in each room. The garden is wonderful, pool - big and beautiful. Set in a quiet street, very close to the main street, bars and restaurants and the beach. Definitely recommended.

A fabulous breakfast right on the beach. The view couldn't have been any more beautiful. We could hear the waves lapping as we ate the delicious breakfast of omelette and breads as well as a Greek breakfast of cheeses, olives, jam, honey etc..

    First I like the room, very clean and comfortable, location is great as well. Ilkar is the most polite and very kind owner. WiFi is good, the bed is comfy, and the breakfast is also nice. The beach is amazing and sea is chilly in the morning and evening it is so pleasure to swim and relax. Definitely recommend this place and I stay here again. Very good value for money for this lovely hotel.

    İlker’s place is in a beautiful location on the beach front with amazing views of the bay. The room was great and very clean. It was perfect having access to the beach. İlker and his staff were so welcoming and helpful during our stay.

    Had an amazing 2 week stay at this hotel. It is right on the beach where we also had cozy sunbeds. We had a room with balcony with sea view which was perfect. The hotel is very clean, had no complaints about the room whatsoever. The location is incredible with beautiful sea (that stayed very warm for the whole stay) and pinewood surrounding the village. I would also like to thank the owner, Ilker, who made us feel very welcome and was always incredibly helpful. Hoping to come back here soon.

    Dores is in the perfect location. The pool area is secluded and quiet and very clean with a shower and toilets with a bar and terrace restaurant. Food and drinks are really good, great value for money and available all day long. Staff are superb. Rooms have excellent air conditioning, great amenities and WiFi is brilliant in all areas.

    Excellent location for access to the beach, shops and local facilities The hotel has free sun beds for residents use on its own small section of beach. It was nice not to be hassled about food or drink when using them. Great to have a restaurant on the premises. Turkish and English breakfasts were both very good and we enjoyed our evening meal. It was nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room. Air conditioning was very effective and included in the room rate. Our room had a spacious balcony ideal for people watching which we requested

    Ilker and his staff were very Friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location. It's on the beach front and in the centre of town. The Turkish breakfast was fantastic. Ilker provided a complimentary large water and fruit juice in the large fridge in our room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The best part was being able to lie out on the comfy sunbeds, right on the sea shore. There is also a nice pool. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Ilker. We can highly recommend his hotel.     The 11 of us really enjoyed our stay. The staff made us feel really welcome. The accommodation was very good in each of the 3 apartments - good quality and very clean, relatively well equipped. The facilities such as the swimming pool and bar were great. The location close to the restaurants, bars and supermarkets was great. Highly recommend Dores.
