Everything in the room seemed very new. The commode has a bidet and heated seat which was a pleasant surprise. The buffet was excellent, really hit the spot! The laundry room was a plus and I was able to get a load done using the detergent available at the facility. The courtyard is small but picturesque with a koi pond. The gym isn't big but seemed clean and well maintained. The complimentary shuttle to the high speed rail was convenient and on time. Just make sure to reserve it ahead of time since ours was almost at capacity. Although I was comfortable communicating in Mandarin, staff was able to communicate with English. Everyone I interacted with (front desk, host at the restaurant, waiter, janitorial, driver) was pleasant and helpful. I felt that when they saw me struggle with something, they jumped in to offer assistance even if it was not their job.

It was very clean and it contained all the main amenities that are needed. The owners were also very gracious and always asked if there was anything that we needed. The temperature and the bed were also very comfortable.
