It's hard to say that Javelin hotel is good. Everything old and should be maintained. But staff do their best to improve your experience. They give us better room for free, they let us check out late without extra payment and tried to solve any problems as soon as they can. Rooms are spacious, all of them have balcony. Everything clean but old and cheap. But taking in consideration low price it will be impossible to find anything better for this money. Rooftop is nice and have a restaurant with reasonable prices.

This hotel is by far the best that I have been to in a long time. It gives 5 star services. Dalton and Vincent gave me a very good customer care. This place has an excellent city view at the rooftop where you can relax and the soft music was just amazing...

The bathroom to me was the best room in the house. The whole place was nice and it was clean. Lovely view from the balcony, especially at night. I like that there was space to put a suitcase at the side of the bed near the wardrobe.

Everything was perfect from the day I checked in till the end of my stay. Breakfast was delicious, wifi was good and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hostel was clean and neat. I would recommend Ubuntu Hivve Hostel for anyone who is visiting Kampala.

The hotel was very nice, new and luxurious. A very nice kitchen with all the accessories you could possibly need. We made a very good pineapple, banana and avocado smoothie for breakfast with local fruit and vegetables. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and incredibly nice. Helped with everything and the service was outstanding. Extra plus for incredibly luxurious and lovely showers with accompanying bathrobe and slippers. We also got a guided tour of the fruit and herb garden, with very nice locals as guides. We got the opportunity to sit by a wonderful camp fire and also access to a new and nice gym a short distance from the hotel. Really a good option if you want to stay in a luxurious hotel in Kampala.

Everything was perfect! Location is super good, with a supermarket next door. The place is super clean and has everything you need. The host was so friendly and always replied quickly. Would definitely recommend! :)
