Great location for touring Cape Cod area. 2 awesome restaurants within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom and, unusually for America, a shower cubicle rather than a tub/shower.
