For the cost of room the breakfast that was provided was more than sufficient. The room was freshly painted and very clean. The flooring was LVP, which added to feeling of cleanliness. The flat screen TV worked and had a large selection of channels. The furnishings were adequate. There is a nice gazebo which was perfect for viewing the total eclipse.
