I would have preferred more options. The sandwiches were tough and not very good. I liked that there was fruit but the bananas were very green. It was a nice free breakfast but it could be better.

It is beautifully presented and like a living piece of history. It is immaculately clean and the hosts are very welcoming and happy to share the story and history of the house. Staying at Chesnut cottage ticked off so many must do things of our U.S southern road trip.

I loved the home as a whole. I came to move my daughter into USC. It was so charming and comfy, I wanted to come back for another stay during parents weekend however, the cost then was far more expensive than I can afford as a single mother.

The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and catered to my whole group's various food allergies. Staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were both surprisingly large and very clean.

    Very well laid out room with small fridge and microwave in the room. Air conditioned room with card key entry, inside door lock with Manuel swing bar for added door security. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Vending machines with cheap prices for the items you buy from it. They also have a free ice machine to get ice from.
