The location is perfect! My favorite neighborhood and probably the only place in LA where you can stay without a car and still feel comfortable! Ralph is steps away, CVS is really close, nice restaurants and of course the beach! The apartment has everything you need. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee, shampoo, soap, conditioner. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the amenities including gym, pool. I extended my stay twice cause I didn’t want to leave. But the best about this apartment is its host! So nice helping and welcoming. I had a problem with my bank I was waiting for an important mail, she checked her mailbox for me and when I had to leave and my mail still wasn’t in the mailbox she agreed to get it for me even though I’m not her guest anymore.

The neighbourhood is extraordinary. It is super calm, modern and with lots of green. It also has Hummingbirds that you can see if you're lucky (which we were :D). The Host was very caring and happy to chat. Additionally, there's a good supermarket within 15mins by foot.

This is a great sized apartment and housed the 6 of us comfortably. It was clean and tidy, with good amenities. Communication from host was great, and made check in easy. The area feels nice and safe. We enjoyed so much we ended up booking again for a few more nights ☺️

Easy checkin if you have a local number. Boat was clean, large, and comfortable. Evgueni, our host, took his time to explain carefully. He even helped us out a lot, by bringing luggage to the airport at a certain time because our rental car was small. All in all we had a great time, would recommend. :)
