Friendly staff and for a three star hotel really everything you need - big tv, fridge, coffee machine, plenty of towels, cosy mattress... Very friendly cleaning staff (Tony) who even left a message on the bed - very friendly and unexpected!

The front desk upon arrival was so welcoming and kind. The rooms are immaculate. The hotel grounds are beautiful and in a very quiet area. Plenty of parking. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast was not included much to my surprise. However upon our late arrival their kitchen was still open and we enjoyed a very good bowl of tomato bisque soup and a good cheese tray. The staff and check in manager were very accommodating. Appeared to be a very well run hotel unlike the Hilton in Locust Grove , Ga.

Lock box convenient and efficient, the accommodations were excellent. They exceeded our expectations. The place actually was even nicer in person than the photos show. Exquisitely decorated, modern furnishing, lots of extra towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Liked that the host had dishwashing liquid available. Located right in the downtown. Walking distance to a number of pubs and eateries. Five minutes from Tiffin University. We were in town for the NCAA Handball Championship Tournament. It was great to have the oven to bake the lasagna we prepared but did not bake before we left home in Indiana. The oven was spacious enough to bake three large sheet pans so we could feed the whole team. We took the lasagna to the Holiday Inn Express about 8 miles aways to serve to the whole hand ball team. Worked out perfectly.
