Overall, I liked this hotel very much. Conveniently located near gas stations and restaurants. Good free on-site parking. Welcoming, helpful reception (who had a list of recommended nearby restaurants). Disabled room right off the elevator was large, very clean, with walk in shower. Bed was comfortable but a bit soft ont he edges which might make transferring froma wheelchair difficult. Good wifi.

From the moment we entered the room we were impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness. The rooms were large allowing us to relax comfortably without feeling cramped. Speaking of cleanliness we were pleased to find that the hotel took utmost care in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. The rooms were impeccably clean and the bedding was fresh and inviting. We appreciated how well-maintained and tidy everything was. Although we didn't have the opportunity to utilize the hotel's gym and pool it was nice to know that these facilities were available for guests. The hotel's attention to offering such amenities shows their commitment to providing a well-rounded experience for all guests. The standout aspect of our stay however was undoubtedly the staff. They were incredibly friendly welcoming and always ready to assist us. they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their positive and helpful attitudes significantly contributed to making our stay memorable. We left the hotel with a sense of contentment and the assurance that we would return in the future. The combination of spacious and clean rooms along with the friendly and accommodating staff made this hotel stand out. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This place is heaven beautiful hotel the grounds are excellent the rooms are extremely clean and spacious the bar staff were very friendly and helpful we sat at the fire pit outside and had a few drinks no need to go inside to order the staff came out to make sure you had a drink.I hope to visit next year and definitely book again

    Nice area to stay when visiting friends in downtown Richmond. Easier (and cheaper) than staying downtown and trying to find somewhere to park. Easy to find, secure parking, great location, and close to plenty of stores and restaurants.

    The location was great! The complimentary "light dinner and cocktails" were really nice. Didn't have to leave the hotel or pay extra! I'm not a breakfast person, but did take some fruit for the road and people really seemed to enjoy the breakfast.

    Everything was amazing! My husband and I drove from Massachusetts to Florida and back and stayed at many hotels.. Drury was the best hotel and it was so much cheaper than others! Breakfast options are wonderful. Jacuzzi pool actually worked and their pool was half inside half outside..pretty cool.. staff was great! I def would recommend Drury hotel for sure!
