Jay working the front and answering the phones is amazing. I ran into an issue with booking on a 3rd party site, but i called in and he got my questions answered and got my driver booked into a very nice room with no hassle. He helped the next day when we were trying to get him a ride. Jay is just all around 10 stars.

Exceptional hotel - felt like a real home away from home Design of the hotel is stunning - attention to detail is outstanding - it is immediately clean and beds are so comfortable The staff are excellent- especially Jerry who was an absolute joy she was so welcoming and helpful recommending a fabulous Mexican restaurant close to the hotel - Thank you Jerry !
