I highly recommend this hotel. The location is superb, 30 seconds to a small store selling all the essentials, 2 mins to the harbour with a couple of seafood restaurants and a 1 minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants, a tap room etc. Above all, the room was large with a small kitchenette, fridge etc.and felt very cosy. The staff/ owners were very friendly and helpful, parking was right outside. I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location a few minutes walk from HyLine ferry terminal, local restaurants and JFK trail. Very comfortable room and host was very friendly and helpful. He booked ferry and printed out boarding cards for us.

Very central location. Very clean apartment. Great facilities - fridge, microwave, stove etc. Before my arrival I asked the host to provide extra towels and bed linen as I was staying for 2.5 weeks - I was provided with more than enough. The host got in touch when I arrived and asked if I needed anything and if I needed anything during my stay to get in touch. I didn't have the need for anything and was not disturbed for my stay - it was great!

    Very clean and a nice hostel. We stayed in one of the rooms for two people with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was cleaned daily. The room was on the small side but still comfortable and great to have the option for a bit more privacy. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially the guy who checked us in. Overall it was a great stay (much better than many low budget hotels). If we're ever in Hyannis again we'd probably stay in the same place.

    The Hotel far exceeded expectations. We picked it for the location but the hotel definitely gives 4/5 * vibes! Spacious room and bathroom with lots of little extras and spotlessly clean. Liam at front desk was so helpful. I'd definitely recommend this Hotel.

    Comfortable bed with all you need for a great stay, very clean. Lovely to have our private balcony for the evening sun and a shared one for the morning sun. Excellent location a short walk from the ferries and harbour. Super generous breakfast which is included and nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.( we were too early in the year for the outdoor one) The BEST part though was the warm, friendly and informative welcome with a coffee too! A great stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend to all.
