Even though our stay was very brief due to a layover, it was so nice to stay here. First the host send us all the info we needed on forehand, the room was comfy, clean and it was not noisy at all. Bathroom was clean and looks so chique. The cutest cat was there to welcome us..it overall felt like home. I highly recommend to stay at The Waltham private room when visiting NY. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful new hotel. The staff were exceptional. Room was a fair size and large enough for three adults. Great location for The Mets Citi Field and the airports at a reasonable price.

The style and all the goodies in the cottage are very on point, you can have a shower, a coffe, even a small desk toaster is available. Bed is really comfy and you have ac and a heater as well. The host is very helpfull and communicative, i lost my AirPods during my stay and she send them via post to Virginia. love it. Definitely a accommodation that is worth the visit during your nyc stay!

I loved everything. Michael gves a new definition to the word super-host. We felt so welcome and spoiled, he catered to all of our requests and needs. Apartment is huge, don't think another rental in New York city could compare to the size. The place is extremely clean, tastefully decorated and it has a ton of thoughtful touches to make your stay pleasant (things that you might have not have known you needed, such as an international outlet adaptor). Have already discussed coming back soon to the best rental in NYC.

Highly recommended. Breakfast ok in American style with large selection of dishes. Hot beverages available all day. A large versatile room. Staff friendly and helpful and available 24 hours a day.     Incredibly lovely people who could not be more welcoming or helpful. Miad collected me for free during horrendous rush hour and arranged a really fair price for the return journey. Accommodation itself was spotless and occupied whole bottom half of the house with separate and private entrance.

    You get the whole basement apartment to yourself, which includes a TV room, kitchen etc. Your host is Miad and he is an absolute star. He will pick you up from JFK, and is clearly an entrepreneurial type of host for whom nothing is too much to ask. Really appreciate the price, the location and the pick up.
