I loved everything about the hotel. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to cater to requests. They were so polite and it was one of the best experiences that I have had from beginning to end. I stayed for a week in April this year. I cannot wait to revisit this hotel. It is clean, luxurious, spacious and what makes it special are the people who work there. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

We really loved how spacious and comfortable the apartment was. There was plenty of space for a family with teens to spread out. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Annie and her team were very attentive, even bringing us cookies when we arrived. Location-wise we enjoyed being in Sugar Hill /Hamilton Heights. Right near the subway for going downtown, but with Annie's guide for local eating spots we were able to go and explore the area. We recommend Harlem Public for burgers and beer.

Great contact with the owner! Binyomin was very helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. The apartment is super equipped. I really appreciated things like spices, washing liquid, make up remover wipes, dental floss picks and many more! You can see that the owner puts his heart into this place.

The only thing I disliked was that I didn’t have more time to explore the area and take in the spectacular city views! My room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Check in was seamless and hassle free, and catching a bus into the city was a breeze! I really appreciated the host’s thoughtfulness in leaving a basket of snacks and water. And there’s nothing like a clean bathroom in a shared space. An all around fantastic experience. Thank you!

I'm totally in love with Luis place! It was a perfect place to stay in for our 10 days NYC trip. It gives us a space to chill down after intensive day of exploring New York. All 4 of us had a space to have a minute for ourself. Apartment is well equipped, we have everything needed. Bed were super comfortable. Bus stops just around the corner with few lines that will take you directly in the area of Time Square in 15-30 minutes, even late in the evening. Don't worry about the distance between the apartment and Manhattan, because it is truly not an issue. What is worth to mention, apartment is absolutely beautiful with all the decorations and furnitures. It is not another soulless place for tourist just to sleep in, this is the place that you want to stay in and enjoy! And what is more... from the area you will have THE BEST view for Manhattan. Totally recommend taking the walk and enjoy the view. Neighborhood is safe, with shops, bakery, restaurant around the corner. We tried Salvadorian place and bakery near by and both were really nice. Luis was a wonderful host to us. He explained to us how to use bus ticket app, give many useful hints. Hopefully I will get back someday :) Once again, thank you Luis for the stay. It was a great pleasure for us! :)

I requested a room with a walk in shower and was given that room. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bulb was dim and a desk lamp was missing. Both were taken care of immediately.

We enjoyed the room and the facilities here, especially the nice bathroom. If you want to visit NYC, just take the bus 127 at a bus stop near the hotel. It only takes 40 minutes to get you to Manhattan.
