Everything. from the moment you walk through the door to the smell of cookies fresh out the oven (daily treat ) to the most wonderful front desk staff. Kate was like having a home from home experience with someone looking out for you and the courtesy bus and bus drivers were a delight. would never stay anywhere else. 10/10
