Dana at the desk was wonderful! She was pleasant, sweet, helpful and professional. Room was comfortable and very quiet. We felt very safe with the plethora of Police Officers staying there on a course, LOL. (As a retired LEO boss, watching the young lads training provided great entertainment!) Loved the kind, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was 10/10. We even enjoyed an afternoon cookies for the kids. It was close to where we needed to go. We were visiting the reindeer farm. I slept well and so did the family. Very clean bathroom. Loved our stay.

What I liked the most was, without a doubt, the location and the service from a gentleman who helped me with the situation involving a very unprepared receptionist, who only caused me discomfort. He made me lose a significant amount of time due to his inexperience as a receptionist and was very rude. However, this gentleman showed exceptional experience in resolving my booking situation. So, I was very pleased with that service. I also liked the room I stayed in, it was very well appointed, and I would definitely return.

The hotel is very nice, we could hang out with our friends in the lobby, always had available a warm drink and we loved it.
