The Lobby, elevators and hallways were all clean and welcoming. Our room was very clean, comfortable and yes, I checked the bedding. It was clean and fresh (no hair or bedbugs). Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Love the new coffee system. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly. We stay at this location every year as we travel south.

I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The security on site were friendly, helpful and made our entire stay much more comfortable. Our room had a beautiful view and was very large, so we had lots of room to stretch out comfortably. We are from Toronto Canada, and would definitely stay there again, if we're in the area.

New hotel right off the interstate. Plenty of restaurants located around the hotel so we didn't have to go far. One thing we didn't realize when we booked was that West Memphis was in Arkansas. We chose this area so we were ready to head north on the interstate in the morning vs driving through Memphis morning rush hour which was perfect. We felt very safe staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed talking to the breakfast lady who was very upbeat. Highly recommend this hotel.
