The employees were so kind and friendly that we felt happy all the time. The room was a little bit old but we were satisfied with that. The breakfast was good! The parking fee was free!!!♡ Also the location was good to walk around. even to go to the whale watching! They always told good information :)

First of all, it was our first time in this hotel and we stayed with our family. The front desk night and morning shift staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well-designed. O The room was good and the bed was comfortable! I didn't expect that the breakfast was gonna be amazing! You know hotel breakfast is usually bagels, jam, and coffee. However, they have a pancake machine, cold juice machine, fruits, omelets with cheese, hash browns, etc. It was so delicious! There is a complimentary coffee machine 24 hours in the lobby. Everything was amazing and thank you for your service!

The room is great. It's very large and spacious. The bed is also big, and the bedding is fresh and clean. The hotel offers free juice and black coffee in the morning for guests. By car, it's close to the center where Fisherman's Wharf is located. It was a good experience.
