The staff on nightshift was very understanding that we came from florida and was very sweet to reinstate our reservation. Since we booked from the 7th to the 8th.We are from illinois and usually have to pay for the night before if we plan on checking in late . So if we arrive at 3am we had to pay for a stay on the 7th to stay until checkout on the 8th. The gentlemen was so nice and was really patient with us 4 adults and 5 kids ages 1 to 8. The hotel was under construction for renovation, but let me tell you the upgrades are AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING was beautiful and extravagant!!! The rooms came with a fridge,freezer, desk, stove top, coffee maker, personal bathroom, 2 queen beds with AMAZING, COMFORTABLE sheets and pillows, spacious for a family of 5 and other room family of 4, colors in room were gorgeous and calming, the bathrooms had ample towels and washcloths, they had dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in HIGE bottles for use, and the kitchen came with utensils, cups, and other accessories for dining, and had a dresser and flat screen t.v. therewas plenty more in the room as well. On top of all this the morning staff was so sweet and interacted with the kids in a sweet way by making jokes with them, being attentive, and being playful with them. They were amazing listeners and gave excellent ideas for things to do and very informative on anything you asked them!!!! Highly recommended this place!!!! Definitely will be back!!! Pmus the pricing is amazing only $250 for both queen rooms is what I payed!!!

There were a variety of options for breakfast, which was good. Also, what was offered was enough to last until dinner, which was good. The location was excellent. We walked or took a Lyft to all the places we needed to go; it proved to be cheaper than renting a vehicle.
